Once a customized order is confirmed, modifications may not be possible after production has begun.

Estimated dispatch times:
Made-to-Order products: 12–14 working days
Ready-to-Wear products: Up to 7 working days
Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery timelines provided by courier partners are estimates and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Robe Story shall not be responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return Policy.
Important points include:
Returns for Made-to-Order products are accepted only within the eligible return period.
Ready-to-Wear products may be eligible for size exchange as per our policy.
Customers must provide an unpacking video and photographs while requesting a return.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the prescribed timeline.
10. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Customized or Made-to-Order products that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, if any.
